The Medical Leaves & Accommodation Services is a comprehensive centralized disability management program providing consultation and support to County agencies and departments. We are committed to integrating employees with disabilities and medical conditions into a highly productive workforce environment.
We collaborate with stakeholders to:
Develop strategies to overcome identified barriers.
Provide equal employment opportunities for all applicants with medical conditions, and disabilities, and ensure employees’ rights and benefits.
Conduct countywide disability management training to increase awareness and understanding of disability laws, leave provisions, and other statutes.
